Shipping and Delivery

1. Orders: All orders placed through the app are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

You may order any fish of any quantity from within the time periods: 07:00hrs – 09:00hrs; 10:00hrs – 12:00hrs and 16:00hrs – 18:00hrs for same day delivery. Orders after 18:00hrs will be delivered by the next day morning(considering the time slot: 07:00hrs- 09:00hrs).

2. Payment: Payment for orders must be made through the app using a valid payment method. Payment is due at the time of the order.

3. Delivery: Delivery times are subject to availability and may vary based on location and order volume. We will make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time.

You will get all the details in your mail regarding your order processing and delivery status.

Maximum delivery time may vary between 30 mins to 60 mins, depending on the distance and product availability.

4. Shipping: Shipping is available for Kolkata city area only. There is no additional shipping or delivery fees.
